Kim Rollison has over 35 years of experience with horses. She's worked with several other well known trainer's in the area and produced equitation riders that have been competitive at the A level.
Kim's training philosophy starts and ends with "you can do it!" Like many trainers, rider psycology is part of getting the rider as far as the rider wants to go, given time and effort on the rider's part.
Recently Kim's student's successes have included the 2009 and 2010 reserve champion SAHJA mini-medal winner, Julie Insteness and El Dorado. El Dorado is a 16h TB gelding that came to the barn a barely broken OTTB and he is now schooling and showing 3' hunters and equitation! Julie loved showing him so much, she now owns him! Don't let his breeding fool you, he was born for the hunter arena!
Super young and green, 5yr old Irish Sport Horse, Along Came a Spider, just started jumping this year ended up long stirrup champion for the Starr Vaughn series and placed 5th out of numerous competitiors in each of three SAHJA divisions (long stirrup, junior equitation and jr pleasure). Considering she did not attend the max number of shows to count for points, that's pretty impressive! Brittany Lindenthol got the ride on this Rollison trained horse.
Ten year old Michael Williamson and his super cute black pony, Crystal, took home the SAHJA championship for short-stirrup and reserve for pony hunters as well as numerous daily and series high points. This pair came to the barn a year and a half ago with an eight year old on a very green young pony. Now Michael is schooling 3' at home and has been competitive at rated shows.

Kim is an accomplished rider and trainer and has turned many so called 'bad' horses around for their owners. She also judges CSHA and SAHJA shows, and other shows. Somewhere in between running the boarding stable, the school horses, lessons, riding and shows she squeezes in time to be friendly to all her boarders and students.
